MASTERPLAN PROJECTS
The objective of the Masterplan is to arrange a series of elements in a manner that is functionally appropriate, responds to site conditions, is responsive to future demands, creates delight in the configuration,and knits together a cohesive whole that is greater than simply the sum of its parts.

The Masterplan will address built form, open space, landscape character, circulation and access, and will reflect the ‘charter”.
Community and Stakeholder consultation is a necessary and important part of the masterplanning process.

An implicit element in all the master-planning is optimising our sustainability outcomes in an overall site energy and materials sense but also through the quality of the environment in individual spaces using orientation, ventilation and light and sun control.
