This was an alterations and additions project to the existing Surf Club building. The re-workings included changes to the Beach stair access, amenities area, kiosk area, the forecourt and the Promenade. There was also additional landscape improvements. The overall layout had been altered to accommodate the fast-paced growth of the BSLSC community.
